Business-card website

A business-card website is a simple static one-page site on your domain – no database, FTP or SSH access, and nothing to code. It suits a personal or business presence with contact details, social links and a few photos.

Which plan it belongs to

Two plans offer it: Vizitka (free, 200 MB of storage, no mailbox) and Vizitka + e-mail (€1/month, 1 GB of storage, one mailbox on your domain). Both plans exist solely for this type of site – they have no database, FTP or SSH, so the panel only shows the tools described below. If you later need a full hosting with a database or SSH, you can change your plan at any time.

1. Choosing a template

In https://panel.cloudweb.sk open a hosting on a business-card plan – the panel takes you straight to the template picker the first time you visit. About 40 templates are available in different styles (minimal, dark, colourful, and trade-specific ones – for example a hair salon, a photographer, a lawyer, a restaurant, fitness or a developer portfolio). You can switch templates later at any time; your content is preserved.

2. Editing content

After picking a template, the content editor opens with these fields:

  • Name, headline and a short bio
  • Contact details – e-mail, phone, location, with a toggle for whether they should be shown on the page at all
  • The template's accent colour
  • Social links – up to 8 (platform + URL)
  • Custom links – up to 8 more (a label + URL)
  • Profile photo – one image up to 2 MB
  • Gallery – up to 5 images, each up to 2 MB

Changes are only saved once you click to save the content – until then they only show in the preview.

3. Preview

The editor includes a link to a live preview that renders the page exactly with the currently saved content and chosen template – the way it will look once published.

4. Publishing

The Publish button deploys the page to your domain. Publishing runs in the background and the page is online within a few seconds. After any further content edit or template change, you need to publish again for the change to go live.
