Email Client Setup

Use the following settings to connect your email client.

Server Settings

Protocol Server Port Security
IMAP (incoming mail) cloudmail.sk 993 SSL/TLS
POP3 (alternative to IMAP) cloudmail.sk 995 SSL/TLS
SMTP (outgoing mail, recommended) cloudmail.sk 587 STARTTLS
SMTP (alternative) cloudmail.sk 465 SSL/TLS
Sieve (server-side filters, optional) cloudmail.sk 4190 STARTTLS

Username: Your full email address (e.g., info@your-domain.com)

Password: Your mailbox password (not your CloudWeb panel password). You can change it directly in webmail under Settings β†’ Password.

Troubleshooting tip: If your client only offers "SSL/TLS" and not "STARTTLS" (e.g., some versions of Apple Mail and Outlook), use port 465 with SSL/TLS instead of 587/STARTTLS. Both ports work identically – 587 requires STARTTLS, 465 uses implicit TLS.
